taste of Japanese home cooking. My mother was a excellent cooking teacher to me, she always inspired me to love and enjoy the art of home cooking. The love of cooking runs in the family tree and
in the past my relatives have had restaurants in Kushiro, Hokkaido and Niigata. I have traveled to many countries for business and pleasure and always enjoy the food for local foods from
every country. I look forward to meeting fellow food lovers from all over the world
