This is a Japanese cooking class for travelers from all over the world visiting Japan and expats living in Japan.
I am offering small, friendly classes in my kitchen and dining room in an easily accessible location in Tokyo. In a Japanese
home setting you will be able to learn some easy Japanese dishes, Japanese food culture,
customs, tradition and also the
importance of food in everyday
Japanese life.
One of the classes I offer is a rather unique tofu course, in which participants can experience making Yuba (soy milk skin) which is
considered a delicacy in Japanese cuisine. Other types of tofu cuisines are also
included. In the Sushi course, you will experience making both rolled sushi and Nigiri, hand pressed sushi.
Vegans and Vegetarians can customize to their requirements from my listed menus.
All classes are held by booking only. Let's enjoy making authentic Japanese home cooking
